Before you start

You will be sent onboarding documents via e-mail, and be connected with Pilot’s Studio Manager.

Day 1

You will work directly with one of the Creative Directors and the Studio Manager, if you’re based in Seattle, to ensure you have all the software, hardware, and support that you need to get started.

Your email address will be set-up and ready to go, you’ll have been added to our collaboration and shared design and development tools, such as Slack, Dropbox, and Figma, and you’ll have a computer or laptop set up with the basics.

We want the onboarding experience to be great. We won’t get it right every time and understand that there will be areas for improvement. Feedback or questions should be directed to the Studio Manager.
